Resential provides an online service for creating professional resumes using artificial intelligence. Our service:
Important: Our service is provided "as is" without warranties regarding job placement, interview guarantees, or specific outcomes. The quality of your resume depends on the information you provide and your professional background.
You must be at least 16 years old to use our service. By using Resential, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you submit. We are not responsible for verifying the truthfulness of your information.
Our service uses third-party AI providers (OpenAI) to generate and enhance your resume. By using our service and providing explicit consent during the resume creation process, you agree that:

Price: Our service costs €2.99 (including VAT where applicable).
Payment: Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept credit cards, iDEAL, and SEPA Direct Debit. Payment is required before you can download your completed resume.
No Subscription: This is a one-time payment for a single resume. There are no recurring charges.
We do not store your credit card information. All payment data is handled securely by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
Upon successful payment, your resume will be immediately available for download as a PDF file. The download link is valid for your session and you can download your resume multiple times during the session.
Important: Save your resume file immediately upon download. We retain your resume data for 60 days, after which it will be automatically deleted from our systems.
Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Waiver for Immediate Delivery: However, by explicitly agreeing to immediate delivery of the digital resume PDF at checkout, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download is provided. This waiver is required under EU law for digital content delivered immediately.
The withdrawal period begins when you complete your payment. If you do not request immediate delivery and do not download your resume within 14 days, you may exercise your right of withdrawal by contacting us at [email protected].

Your Content: You retain all rights to the information you provide. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process and display your information solely for the purpose of generating your resume.
Generated Resume: Once you have paid for and downloaded your resume, you own the final PDF and may use it freely for your personal job search purposes.
Our Service: The Resential platform, including its design, functionality, and underlying technology, is our proprietary property and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Consumer Rights: Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under mandatory EU or Dutch consumer protection law.
We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our service at any time. In the event of extended service disruption preventing delivery after payment, we will provide a refund upon request.
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access to any user who violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or misuses our service. Termination does not entitle you to a refund if the service was already provided.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" at the top indicates when the Terms were last updated. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated through our website or email where legally required.
Dutch law applies. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless mandatory EU consumer law provides otherwise.
